PPN002 Meadowfield – January to April 2019

Another NHS live and operational health centre in Meadowfield, Durham, which required a full refurb to get the building up to current regulations and standards. Services modified and renewed included:

• High efficiency wall mounted boiler plant and new radiator system.
• New sanitaryware, domestic hot and cold water and drainage to suit the new building layout.
• Energy efficient lighting and controls.
• Disabled call alarms.
• Fire alarm system.
• Power and data systems.
• Natural gas works

Works were carried out in sections and phases whilst the NHS still carried out their day to day appointments and roles.
